Paddy founded NewBay in 2002 and the company has grown to become the leader in digital lifestyle solutions for operators, with over 80 million LifeCache users. NewBay's customers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Telefonica/02, France Telecom/Orange, LG, Alltel and Telstra.
David Sinnott - EVP Sales
David Sinnott is Executive Vice President of Sales at NewBay Software. David has extensive experience in international sales and the management of global customer accounts. Prior to joining NewBay, David was Senior Vice President Strategic Business Development for Baltimore Technologies with the responsibility of developing industry vertical sales strategies and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Dr Nagappan Arunachalam (Arun) - Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Arun is Chief Product and Marketing Officer at NewBay Software. Prior to NewBay, Arun was co-founder of Inamobile Ltd, a successful developer of handset and mobile imaging solutions. At Inamobile, Arun was instrumental in winning strategic contracts and building strong partnerships with O2, Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, Nokia and Samsung.

Freddie Kavanagh is Chief Development Officer with NewBay Software with responsibility for managing NewBay's organizational development and growth strategy.
