Description
NewBay Software is currently hiring Software Engineering Interns for their summer intern programme.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and working with Technical Leads, Developers and Project Managers on assigned Tasks
• Execute assigned tasks (test, documentation, deployment, design and/or development) in accordance with Newbay practices and procedures

Responsibilities

• Must have Java development experience
• An understanding of Test Driven Design and Acceptance Testing
• Linux/Unix and Windows development experience
• Familiarity with:
  • Networking (HTTP, TCP, UDP)
  • APIs : REST
  • Mobile device platforms and messaging protocols
  • Social Networking - platforms and APIs
  • Distributed Systems Concepts
