NewBay FonePIM has been built using NewBay's carrier grade technology offering the highest standards or reliability, security and scalability. FonePIM uses industry standard protocols with advanced device management to offer an out of the box solution that supports the maximum number of devices. NewBay FonePIM is fault tolerant and has been designed to integrate directly into the operator's network including:

• SSO integration
  FonePIM supports LDAP, Radius, header and token based SSO.
• SMSC integration
  FonePIM support SMPP, UCP, CIMD and several XML RPCs.
• External applications
  FonePIM provides a SOAP/RPC API that will allow for authorization 3rd party application to access the user's data.
• Storage
  FonePIM can either store information on its own internal storage or utilize an existing SAN/NAS.
• CRM
  FonePIM provides exportable data for data mining and CRM programs.
• Device Management
  FonePIM profiles and maintains device specific information to allows for different implementations of the SyncML standard.
