NewBay Dublin Office
NewBay Software is located at 42 Pearse Street in the centre of Dublin. Our office is on the 2nd floor of "The Academy Building" directly opposite the new Sports Hall of Trinity College.
Directions
Taxi
There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals area at Dublin airport. A one way fare to the city centre takes from 30-60 minutes depending on traffic and costs approximately €20- €25. We STRONGLY recommend you instruct the taxi driver to go via the port tunnel and toll bridge to and from the airport. This will cost between €6 and €12 extra, but will save you up to 30 minutes.
Driving
Take M1/N1 south. Stay left and take Port Tunnel. After exiting tunnel go straight through roundabout onto the East Link Toll Bridge. Take right at next roundabout after Toll Bridge onto Sean Moore Road.Then follow these directions
Parking
There is "pay and display" parking directly outside the office from 10am to 4pm. DO NOT PARK there during rush hour as a "clearway" is in effect and you will be towed. Alternatively, "pay and display" parking is available on Lombard Street.
Train
From DART Commuter Train: Exit at Pearse Station. Turn right. Cross Pearse Street.Turn left to cross Lombard Street. The Academy Building is 50 meters on right hand side.
